Product series GTBM3 is a kind of non-contact magnetism-maintaining at power failure control system developed based on product series GTBMl, which integrates all functions of product series GTBMl as well as the following features:
- Switch guiding system using international advanced IGBT technology featuring rapid switching time,low power consumption,easy control and safe short circuit protection.
- Control mode using electronic digital control technology and single board computer chip command to precisely control all analogue indexes so as to improve the precision of all technical data.Its multi-line error detecting system ensures high reliability and strong integrity protection function to minimize the error rate of all spare parts.
- Using low signal to control high power components-Using non -contact electronic switches to control the changeover of attaching and releasing operation. Protection contactors are engaged or disengaged by zero current operating modes. No electric spark.no noise.no mechanical vibration and no electromagnetic interference.
- Super control system using multi -point voltage detection to monitor over voltage,under voltage and power failure,featuring rapid respondence,accurate reset and battery capacity alarm.Thus,errors under magnetism maintaining at power failure caused by the batteries in long-term service can be avoided.
- Using multi-point current detection to make alarm signals upon short circuit, over current.circuit loop Blocked and alert the customer to turn off the machine to check,All alarms have positioning indicators for easy maintenance.
- Using contravariant return storage technology to feed the energy back to power supply network.

Attentions for model selection
- The rated voltage of the electromagnet is in conform with the output voltage of the equipments;The total current (consumption power) of the electromagnet shall he less than or equal to the output current (power) of the commutation controlling units.
- Electromagnetic band-type brake of lifting device of the lift equipment shall be changed into DC electromagnetic band-type brake when the UPS power source of the crane is not available.
- Environment working temperature shall be over 50℃,If there is offer special requirements for modification.enlarging the capacity and etc,shall note controlling cabinet when ordered.
