Oil Cooling Electromagnetic Separator
Application
Applied for environments where high requirements of separating iron is needed, such as coal transportation port, large thermal power plants, mining and building materials etc. The oil cooling electromagnetic separator can work normally under harsh environment, such as dusty, humidity and by the sea where salt fog corrosion is serious. Oil cooling is by far the most common used international technology for manufacturing electromagnetic separator, so the oil leakage can be prevented effectively, and the roduct quality is stable, mature and reliable.
Features
- Special designed magnet shielded coil which can transfer excitation and heat to transformer oil, so as to lower the temperature of coil effectively.
- The coil insulation pole F, using new type heat conducting oil, with reasonable oil circuit design, features free-flowing, fast cycling and high efficiency of heat radiation.
- The coil sealed completely by cooling oil, features excellent performance of anti-dust, anti-moisture and anti-corrosion.
- Large cooling area. For long lasting and continuous working, the temperature of coil will still remain below 70°C, which has reached the technology level of similar products abroad.

RCDF Series Oil-cooling Belt Electromagnetic Separator
Application
This series electromagnetic separator can be applied for conditions where high standard of iron separating is required, such as coal transportation port, large thermal power plants, mines and construction materials etc., can work normally under harsh environment, such as dusty, humidity and by the sea where salt spray is serious. Oil-cooling is the most commonly used international cooling method for electromagnetic separator. This product is designed according to standard of similar products from Germany and America and manufactured by the evaporative cooling iron production technology. It can effectively resist oil leakage, and the product quality is stable, mature and reliable.
Features
- Special designed excitation coil can greatly help to transfer the heat to transformer oil, so as to lower the temperature of coil effectively.
- The insulation of coil reaches F grade, with new style high-temperature heat conducting oil and reasonable oil circuit design, it can realize fast cycling and high efficiency of heat radiation.
- The coil sealed completely by cooling oil, features excellent performance of anti-dust, anti-moisture and anti-corrosion.
- For long lasting and continuously operation, the coil temperature will never exceed 70°C, which has reached the technology level of similar products abroad.
- Automatic self-discharge, easy to maintain, drum type roller structure. The belt can rectify a deviation automatically, with special-made completely air-proof bearing house, it can realize long-term trouble-free operation.
