Vibration Electromagnetic Separator

Applications:

MCF series vibration electromagnetic separator is a new kind of discharging iron equipment produced by our company, which can separate iron and magnetic impurity in non-magnetic granule or powder materials (60-300holes/inch), so as to reach the aim of raising purity of raw materials. The series products are extensively used in abrasive, fireproof material, ceramic, glass, chemical industries and so on.

Feature:

1. Raw materials to be processed are filtered by multi-layer magnetic grid to reach a perfect separation effect.
2. Raw materials are handled in completely sealed state, so as to prevent dust flying.
3. Suitable to be applied on automatic assembly line production, raw materials can automatically be processed continuously.
4. The separator features simple constructure, easy maintenance and compact land occupation.

Working principle:

when excitation coil gets DC, a magnetic field zone is produced around the sieve. When the processed material passes through it, iron magnet will be attracted and under the action of vibration motor to attain the aim of removing iron by passing through the sieve. This separator is suitable for separating dry material less than 3 mm.
