Features:
- The series use winding oil cooling, outer flowing water cooling to ensure high intensity magnetic field, stable property, and the temperature rise is low.
- Material through many layers of magnetic separation so the effect of getting rid of iron is good. The iron contained rate of the material ≤0. 02% after magnetic separation when quantity of material contain iron ≤0.2%.
- Raw material handled in sealed state, may prevent from being contaminated by dust.
Working principle:
After DC electrify in excitation wiring, the material net around produce non-even magnetic field, attracting iron grain from raw material and non-magnetic materials passing through vibration motor so as to reach the aim of getting rid of iron.
